What is Q3?  It is the latest addition to moisture management products for officials.  It has 3 great properties: moisture wicking, UPF 50 sun protection and temperature control.  This is by far, the best material/cap on the market.  For now, only available in the Flexfit sizing.  Check out these great features:

• Cool & Dry fabric that wicks moisture away from the head

• ProCrown shape with ProBuckram fused to front panels

• Comfort stretch sweatband

• Pre curved PE visor with eight rows of stitching

• White hats - white colored undervisor and sweatband

• Black with white piping hats - black colored undervisor and sweatband

• Flex-fit sizes: Med/LG (6 7/8 -7 1/4), LG/XL (7 3/8 – 7 3/4)

Suggestion regarding the flex fit sizing - if you are around 7 3/8 and debating on the size, go down.  I am in that profile and like the M/L as it gives me a little snugger fit without being too tight.  Terry
